Do more exercise

OTO Cruncher was delivery to my home on 20 Dec 2010.  My brother was completed the installation on 21 Dec 2010.  I try to do 5 minutes exercise per day.  Before that I think this is very easy to complete 5 minutes exercise.  When I use this machine I only can do 6 times (5 minutes can do around 115 times).  Today I can complete 115 times within 5 minutes.  Hope that I can continuous use this machine to do exercise for 30 minutes per day in the coming future.
